    Prevent battery over heat and explosion

    1? A: BMS control the charge/discharge current, prevent big charge/discharge current to avoid battery produce much heat and cause battery physiosis  and explosion.

    B: Mean while BMS control the upper/lower of voltage to avoid overcharge and discharge.

    2? A:In battery design, we choose more safety material Lifepo4 battery cell, the advantage is it is the most safety in theLifepo4 battery raw material, and is still stable under 500 degree high temperature.

    B: In battery diaphragm, we use ceramic diaphragm for improve the safety and when the diaphragm, the pore closure.

    C: In battery case, we use the case with explosion-proof valve, when the battery internal pressure reach 3~8kg(Every model is different),explosion-proof valve will open and release internal pressure.

    D:  In battery production, after battery assembly, we will adopt high voltage to test the short circuit to prevent it.

    E: Complete battery testing, we adopt high temperature 45degree 7days or normal temperature 30days to proceed voltage drop testing, when voltage drop bigger than 0.02V,we will test again and if two times same testing result, we will handle the battery as scrap.

        F: When battery testing, we will test voltage drop and insulation value to prevent bad quality battery to sell outside.
